Terms of Service

The Service

VisitMirror provides tools to help detect and manage bot, fraudulent, or suspicious website visits, including dashboards, risk scoring, block lists, review queues, and optional sync of IP exclusions to advertising platforms you connect (such as Google Ads). Features depend on your plan and configuration. We may change, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by persons who can form a binding contract. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Installing and configuring the VisitMirror tracker only on sites you own or are authorized to monitor.
• Complying with privacy, marketing, and advertising laws applicable to your business and your site visitors (including providing required notices on your sites).
• How you use block lists, review decisions, and ad-platform exclusions.
• Maintaining lawful bases and notices for processing visitor data you send to VisitMirror.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service to harm, harass, or unlawfully surveil individuals.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
• Upload malware or abuse APIs, quotas, or integrations.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when connecting third-party accounts.
• Use Google or other platform connections for purposes outside the scopes and features we document (for VisitMirror: account identity and IP exclusion sync you initiate).

Third-party services (including Google Ads)

Optional integrations are subject to the third party’s terms (for example Google APIs Terms of Service and Google Ads policies). You authorize VisitMirror to access connected accounts as needed to provide the features you enable. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy enforcement, account suspension, or API access levels (including Google developer-token test vs Basic/Standard access). Disconnect integrations in the VisitMirror panel and in the third-party account settings when you no longer want access.

Plans, billing, and taxes

Paid features are offered according to the plan shown at signup or in billing. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout and billing screens (and any payment provider terms). Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. We may change pricing with notice for future periods.

Intellectual property

VisitMirror, its software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors’. You retain rights to your content and site data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://visitmirror.com/privacy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that risk scores are complete or that all fraud will be detected or blocked, or that ad platforms will accept every sync.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (OR, IF NONE, EUR 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify VisitMirror against claims arising from your sites, your use of the Service, your ad accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) continue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your country require otherwise. Courts of İstanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local venue rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated when practical (for example by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires explicit consent.
